Dr Dasha (Daria) Fielder (BSc (Med) MBBS, FRACGP, Diploma of Child Health is the Owner and Principal Doctor at Sapphire Family Medical Practice.

​

Dr Fielder graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2003 with a BSc (Med) MBBS.

​

She continued her medical training at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital and Royal Hospital for Women.

​​

Dr Fielder completed her general practice training at the Sydney Institute of General Practice, she was awarded a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2008 and became an examiner for the college in 2012. She achieved a Diploma of Paediatric Medicine in 2010 at Westmead Children's Hospital- University of Sydney.

After completing her Fellowship, Dr Fielder worked in various medical practices in the Eastern suburbs until in 2011 she opened the doors to her own Sapphire Family Medical Practice in Bondi Junction.

Dr Fielder is a Visiting Medical Officer at the Royal Hospital for Women and is a registered provider of GP Antenatal Shared Care offered by the Royal Hospital for Women (RHW), Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Royal North Shore.

​​

​Dr Fielder has completed her training with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Medicine in 2010, she is passionate about skin care and specialises in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, including skin care treatments, anti-wrinkle and filler injections.

​

Dr Fielder is a Clinical Supervisor for the Sydney Institute of General Practice. She continues to pass on her knowledge and experience to doctors in training and medical students. In addition to teaching and examining she is a regular contributor to educational articles on health for a wide variety of magazines and online websites. 

 

She has had several appearances on Television including Studio 10 and Channel 9 News. 

​

Dr Fielder specialises in women's health, paediatrics, mental health, men's health, skin care and cosmetic treatments and in the management of chronic and complex disease. 

​

Outside of work Dr Fielder enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children 12, 8 and 3, she enjoys staying fit, you might see her running off to the gym during her lunch break.
